Threat Intelligence Analyst

Position Description

Seeking a threat intelligence analyst to design and implement security protocols to protect a private company's digital assets from cyber threats. Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather threat intelligence from various sources, including open-source intelligence.
• Monitor dark web and internal threat feeds.
• Identify and collect relevant threat data, including indicators of compromise (IOCs) and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Analyze collected threat data to identify trends, patterns and anomalies.
• Interpret threat intelligence to understand the motivations, capabilities, and intentions of threat actors.
• Develop threat profiles and assessments to inform decision making.
• Conduct risk assessments to determine the likelihood and impact of security breaches.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate or remediate identified risks.
